There are two methods of payment available to you. Payment can be made online with our secure credit card payment service.

You can also pay us direct by bank transfer which is normally a free service available to all bank account holders - just ask us for details and we will give you the account information.

In order to secure the week that you want the non-refundable deposit payment must be made within 7 days of your initial booking. The payment for the remainder of your holiday will become due 10 weeks before the start of your holiday. If you are booking a week that is less than 10 weeks away, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. We are also happy to take stage payments for those who like to pay 'little and often'.

Payment for any meals, bait or tackle hire ordered are paid on arrival in cash please (£ sterling or Euros)

If you cancel your confirmed booking less than 10 weeks before the start of your holiday, you will forfeit all monies paid. If you cancel your confirmed booking more than 10 weeks before the start of your holiday date, we reserve the right to retain all monies paid to date. However, if we are able to re-sell the cancelled week at the same price, any money paid by you (less the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded, subject to the re-booked week being fully paid for and completed by the new booking group.

If we have to cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances or events outside of our control, such as adverse weather conditions, flooding, fire etc., the full amount that you have paid to us at the time will be refunded to you. Under no circumstances will our liability to you exceed the amounts paid to us for your holiday.

It is highly recommended that you, and all of your party protect yourself against unexpected events as soon as your holiday is booked. Don't delay in doing so as if you have already paid your deposit this may not be covered if you arrange your cover afterwards.

Oakview Lake is not specifically equipped to be 100% perfect for disabled anglers. We have welcomed disabled anglers in the past, but it would be a good idea to discuss this with us before making a booking if your group includes someone with disabilities.
